Healing isn't about trying to find the person you were before the trauma. It's about recognizing that the patterns you once needed for survival don't have to define your future. We work to take those learned experiences and refine them, transforming the way you move through the world into something that is intentional and entirely your own.

I created Echo & Origin as a space for those who have been silenced by narcissistic abuse and emotional trauma. My approach is built on the understanding that the "echoes" you carry—the self-doubt, the hyper-vigilance, and the loss of self—often began as survival tools. Together, we look at the origin of these patterns, not just to understand them, but to reclaim your autonomy.

Because trauma impacts the body as much as the mind, I integrate somatic and emotion-focused therapies to address the way these experiences stay trapped in the nervous system. This is a collaborative, paced environment where we focus on rebuilding your intuition and establishing boundaries that protect your peace. Together, we work to clear the noise of the past so you can finally hear and trust your own voice again.

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and see if we're a good fit. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with—we'll move at your pace.
The duration of therapy varies depending on your unique situation and goals. Some clients find relief in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support, especially when processing complex trauma. We'll regularly check in on your progress and adjust our approach as needed.
Yes! I offer secure video therapy sessions for clients throughout Ontario. Virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person sessions and offers greater flexibility and convenience. Many clients appreciate being able to attend sessions from the comfort of their own space.
Session fees are $170. Receipts are provided for submission to insurance providers for reimbursement under psychotherapy services. Most extended health plans offer coverage for these services; however, it is encouraged to check with your insurance provider to confirm specific coverage details.
